Senior Bid Manager – £60,000-£75,000 starting salary, 3 days in office – hybrid working, company based in Portsmouth.

Required experience:

• Extensive International Business Winning experience and a deep understanding of business winning behaviours, processes, procedures and industry best practice in a competitive environment
• Considerable experience in leading, managing and delivering strategically important and high value
• Bid Programmes internationally
• Several years’ experience of managing business winning teams

My client is a Global leading Aerospace and Defence organisation based in Portsmouth. Looking for a Senior Bid Manager to will take lead of bid programmes and develop business cases, UK and International.
