Apprenticeship Coach – Electronics. £36,400 starting salary, permanent position, field based/WFH. Location Wiltshire. Pension & enhanced leave allowance available.

Required experience:

Essential

• Experienced within an Electronics Engineering environment
• Good understanding of work-based learning programmes
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an appropriate industry environment

Desirable

• Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment

My client is a large and rapidly expanding global Defence company looking for an Apprenticeship Coach to conduct regular learner reviews checking progression / H&S / E&D, administer documentation and invigilate tests in order for learner to achieve the full Engineering qualifications as laid down in the Apprenticeship Standards.
