Consultant Materials Engineer

My client, a global defence leader, are looking for a Consultant Materials Engineer working in a team comprising of over 50 specialists of Metallurgical, Polymer, Welding and materials backgrounds to be the authority in the manufacture of metallic parts (Forgings, Castings and Rolling).

Required Experience:

• Qualified to degree level (BEng/BSc) in metallurgy or materials science
• Detailed knowledge on ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy
• Detailed knowledge and experience on metal forming and processing
• Detailed knowledge of the capability and use of Metallurgical Mechanical and Metallographic testing
