You’ll guide complex system designs.
Influence decisions across the full engineering lifecycle.
Mentor talented engineers and set the standard for world-class defence technology.

This is a role where your expertise truly matters – every decision you make impacts critical, real-world outcomes.

What you’ll need:
* Strong Systems Engineering expertise (ideally radar or hardware background)
* Experience acting as a technical authority.
* Knowledge of full engineering lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile)
* Chartered Engineer (or equivalent experience)
