Quality Engineer – Process Management

Location: Barrow – Hybrid

Salary: up to £43k, plus overtime

The Process Management team:

You will work as a fully contributory member of the Quality team, responsible for demonstrating SHE and responsible business behaviours. You will report to the Quality Lead and provide support to Early Careers on rotation through Quality roles.

What you’ll be doing as a Quality Engineer – Process Management:

• Process Management
• Facilitation of process development across the Submarines business
• Providing process management support and consultation to a wide range of stakeholders in support of continuous improvement
• Undertake routine, non-routine & complex Quality Assurance activities & tasks
• Support the delivery of results via continuous improvement activities
