Quality Manager

Salary: £50k DOE + bonus

My client is an award winning, class leader in the supply of labels, cartons and flexible packaging.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join a dynamic, technically driven team with quality management, ISO compliance and problem solving at the forefront of the role

Responsible for – Quality Manager

• The quality assurance processes and procedures used in the business.
• The Quality Manual and ISO9001 compliance.
• Internal & Customer audit
• BRC compliance and audit management
• Health & Safety
• Tracking customer complaints and managing root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Setting of QA compliance objectives and ensuring targets are achieved

Experience and skillset – Quality Manager

• Man management and good communicator
• Reporting and presentation skills
• Analytical problem solving – root cause, 5Ys, corrective actions
• Understanding of ISO and ideally BRC standards
• Understanding and experience of H&S standards and practice
