Salary – £65,000 with 10% guaranteed annual bonus and yearly incentives

You will be working alongside the 3rd parties, assessing the service that is being provided to the business. Identifying all issues or complaints and mitigating/managing these in a timely manner, using clear escalation routes to support. This will not be a people management role but a service management role.
The role –
Carry out regular 3rd party/assurance supplier reviews, providing clear direction based on business regulations.
Manage the communication flows between stakeholders and ensure internal as well as external teams are able to meet demand.
Building strong relations with customers and stakeholders
Implementation of response actions when 3rd parties or service isn’t running effectively, mitigate errors or shortfalls.
Manage complains and escalate them when required.
Support appropriate business and customer reviews providing appropriate input as required
Presenting performance reviews to managers, stakeholders and clients.
Carrying out documentation/presenting work
Must Have’s –
Experience working with or managing managed service suppliers with IT Service Management
Experience managing 3rd party risks and issues
Experience of managing services and capabilities that serve as security controls
